Q: Which are the nearest airports / stations?
A: Lamezia airport is the largest near us from which both domestic and international flights arrive. The railway station is that of Santa Caterina dello Ionio. At the time of booking, you can request all the information to organize your arrival.
Q: Is there parking inside?
A: We have outdoor parking inside the Resort monitored by CCTV cameras. It is included and free for guests who book directly with us.
Q: What are the #check-in and check-out times?
A: Our Resort provides arrivals and departures on Sunday. The check in times are from 17:00 and check out by 10:00.
If you arrive earlier at the Resort, you can leave your luggage with us and start your holiday immediately, pending the allocation of your accommodation.
Q: Is a guarantee required at check-in?
A: Yes, each guest is asked to leave a sum to guarantee any damage caused during their stay in the rooms. This guarantee is equal to 200 euros in cash or we require the number of a valid credit card only as a guarantee, no amount will be taken. At the time of check out, having verified that everything is normal, the entire sum is returned.
Q: When do I have to pay for the stay?
A: Upon confirmation of your booking, you will be required to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the value of the stay.
The balance of the entire stay will be made within 7 days of the arrival date by bank transfer. Our staff will give you all the information, don't worry.
Q: What are payment methods?

Q: What are the #cancellation terms?

A: Our Municipality is exempt from the tourist tax.
Q: Is the Resort only #over 12 Is it suitable for a family vacation?
A: Yes, we have chosen to specialize in holidays for adults and children over 12 years. This is not because we do not love children, but because our Resort does not have all those services so sought after and desired by families on vacation.
We have no mini club or entertainment or baby sitting service, as well as the spaces, they are not suitable for children.
We are sorry not to have you as guests, but we know how important holidays are and we prefer not to disappoint anyone, and give those who choose us a holiday to remember.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: We love 4-legged friends very much, but due to the way our Resort is currently structured, we don't have the opportunity to welcome them and let them experience the holiday they deserve. We do not have walking areas, and they cannot be taken to the beach. We therefore prefer to avoid that they remain closed all day inside the room because this does not seem right.
Q: Is the Resort suitable for guests with disabilities?
A: Unfortunately, our Resort is not equipped to accommodate people with mobility difficulties. We do not have bathrooms equipped for the disabled and the connecting paths between the various buildings, being made of broken ground, make it difficult to move and use wheelchairs or other aids.
Q: Are your stays a minimum of 7 nights?
A: Yes, arrivals and departures always take place on Sunday, except for different periods, we invite you if you have different arrival or departure needs to contact our reception.
Q: Are Nature private pool rooms for adults only?
A: All of our room types can accommodate adults and children aged 12 and over. Except for the Nature Private Pool types which can only accommodate 2 people of legal age per room.
Q: Are there rooms for smokers?
A: No, please don't smoke a inside any of our accommodations, also out of respect for future guests and housekeeping staff. However, you will find a splendid veranda to use for smoking, if you really can't do without it.
Q: What is included in the soft all inclusive formula?
A: With our Soft All Inclusive proposal you will have included: buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner including water and wine with meals.
The stay begins with dinner and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Q: Does the resort have an in-house (a la carte) restaurant, subject to charges? Do you need to book?
A: The Resort has a restaurant where it is possible to have lunch or dinner freely a la carte in case you have chosen the bed and breakfast only treatment. You can freely decide on the same day whether to stop for lunch or dinner with us and pay what you consume.
If, on the other hand, you have chosen the Soft All Inclusive formula, meals are included.
Q: What are the restaurant hours? How are the tables assigned?
A: Our restaurant observes the following hours:
breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30
lunch from 12:30 to 14:00
dinner from 19:30 to 21:00

A: Each booking includes 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for the entire stay and will be assigned based on the room number.
If instead of the classic sunbed you want to have one of our gazebos, you can request them at the time of booking, paying a supplement.
The assignment of umbrellas is made by our staff and is based on the number of your home, we have no possibility to change the row or the seat that is assigned.

Q: What is the beach like?
A: The splendid beach of Santa Caterina dello Ionio is mainly composed of fine sand, while the seabed is also composed of small walkable pebbles.
