Anche contro le mie aspettative abbiamo superato il previsionale che prevedeva 1'250.000 € invece è arrivato a 1'500.000 €....
E neanche come dicevi tu con tanti sprechi, forse il mio errore era li, per la paura di creare debiti abbiamo. lavorato con personale insufficiente contro un'utenza di clienti maggiore ....

Un Nuovo Inizio
Carissimi,
Sono lieto di darvi il benvenuto al Report annuale del 2024, un documento che rappresenta non solo un'analisi dettagliata dei dati del 2022, ma anche il racconto di una straordinaria trasformazione personale che ha avuto luogo nel corso dell'anno precedente.
Il 2023 è stato, senza dubbio, l'anno più impegnativo della mia vita. Una serie di eventi catastrofici hanno segnato profondamente il mio percorso, mettendomi di fronte a sfide senza precedenti. Tuttavia, come spesso accade nelle fasi più buie, ho trovato la forza di vedere la luce all'orizzonte.
La catastrofe del 2023, sebbene devastante, ha portato il Resort da Camping con 4 capanne ad un vero e proprio Resort, che come ben sappiamo ha avuto un costo di acquisto basso ma oggi con un valore per me inestimabile perchè non andrà mai più a vendita... e bene si ma comunque è stata paradossalmente l'elemento catalizzatore che ha spinto una profonda rivoluzione nella mia esistenza. Ho deciso di resettare non solo il mio lavoro, ma la mia intera vita. Attraverso il caos, ho intravisto l'opportunità di una rinascita personale e professionale.
Il percorso non è stato privo di sfide, ma sono certo che ogni ostacolo superato è stato un gradino verso una nuova prospettiva. Il 2024 segna, dunque, un capitolo di rinascita e di ripartenza. Con il cuore colmo di determinazione e la mente aperta alle nuove opportunità, sono pronto a condividere le lezioni apprese durante questo viaggio di autotrascendimento.
Questo report non è solo un resoconto freddo di dati e statistiche; è anche un racconto personale di resilienza, di adattamento e di speranza. Vi invito a esplorare con me questo percorso di rinascita e ad afferrare l'opportunità di esprimere una volontà rinnovata di affrontare il futuro con positività e determinazione.

Si sulla gestione del personale 2022 ho avuto un pò di stanchezza ed errori ma il 7 luglio io ho mollato per le scelte sbagliate del Direttore in partenza che invece di essere una mano è stato il risultato del crollo...

abbiamo avuto qualche falla per discordie tra mio padre e Meme, ma era anche un punto come precedentemente detto anche a te lasciato dietro da me che mi ero concentrato tra costruzione e gestione season, e che sarà punto importante del 2024 nella mia formazione con il controllo di gestione con l'Avvocato Frank Mario Santacroce da vedere costo insieme.
Potrei stare qui a scrivere 2 giorni tra pro e contro

Nature Private Pool
A holiday home with traditional Balinese and Indonesian architecture. The high pyramidal roof adds a touch of charm, while the sliding doors, from floor to ceiling, guarantee the perfect awakening with a view of the sea. There are 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol in the private garden, an Indonesian-style swimming pool and a Balinese stone pool.
Nature
It differs from the Natura Private Pool only for the absence of the private pool: inside you will find the same tropical charm, the same warm and exotic style that so much appeals to those looking for a little privacy and charm.
Thai
New rooms created according to a faithful reproduction of the true Thai spirit and environment. They consist of two rooms, a large living room with a sofa, a large chestnut table and a Thai-style bed. Only for this type, splendid shared swimming pool.
Club
In the central area of the resort, conveniently close to the bar and the beach exit, here are these rooms furnished in a classic style, of about 35 square meters. Take a moment. Take a deep breath. Open your eyes and pull back the curtains in your bedroom and see miles and miles of blue sea before you.
Comfort
Furnished in a classic style, of about 20 square meters, they are rooms located in the second line, in the upper part of the resort, arranged at a distance from each other, to ensure greater privacy, enriched with wooden terraces, equipped with table and chairs.
